Delivery charges will be automatically calculated using our integrated shipping system by the total weight of the order all orders under $299.

As soon as your order ships, we will notify you via e-mail. You can also track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from your "My Account" page at any time.

Beachcoco has the right to choose the courier of choice for FREE SHIPPING.

The order must meet the following conditions:

The entire order must be shipped to a single address.

This offer is not valid for previous purchases.

This offer only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Military Address APO/FPO.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.

** Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed and shipped the following working business day.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out-of-stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

***Please note and take into consideration that during busy periods Holiday Season (November 25 - January 6) and Federal Holidays that are observed in the United States, we would need an extra 1-2 business days to process your order. There may be a slight delay on packages that are ordered within these dates due to the Holiday Season. We assure you that we are going to do our very best to assist and attend to all orders and inquiries during this busy time of the year. Please note that since there is a high volume of orders and emails that we are expected to receive from you, we do take the time to make sure that everything is correct on your order before it gets shipped out.

How to Ship to AK, HI, PR and Military Address APO/FPO?

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
Military Address orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping to an APO or FPO address may be limited or restricted. Some items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 business days. However, most orders take up to 14 business days.

Estimating Delivery Time

Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90023" for postal code as ORIGIN.*Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and h shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

Shipping Policies and Damages:

Beachcoco.com ships prepaid and invoice you for the charges. UPS and USPS are used for all shipments. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases. BEACHCOCO does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit. Any claims on damaged packages must be reported to the carrier.
